Visakhapatnam: Union Defence Minister Nirmala Seetharaman inducts indigenously built anti submarine warship INS Kiltan into the Indian Navy at Naval Dockyard,Visakhapatnam.Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Sunil Lamba was attended the ceremony.INS Kiltan made with carbon and fibre composite material.This warship is the third of the four Kamorta class corvettes built under Project 28.
