After No-Confidence,First timeTDP MP To Meet PMAfter the No-Confidence Motion moved by the TDP against Modi government, the first TDP MP to meet Modi one-on-one is Narasaraopet MP Rayapati Sambasiva Rao. Although no political discussions are involved in this closed-door meet, Rayapati said to have met PM for courtesy to invite him for his granddaughter's wedding.During this opportunity, Rayapati also took the issues related to his constituency to Modi's notice. He requested Modi to give funds to Water Grid Project.

Even as the war between TDP and BJP is going on unabated, Rayapati's meet with Modi has stunned many. Modi's appointment has been given to Rayapati without much contemplation. After Amit Shah's open statement that BJP's doors are always welcome to TDP, Modi too sending signals to Naidu for his unwanted political fight with him over AP's demands. Ahead of 2019 polls and growing opposition against Modi, BJP and RSS wants to strengthen bond with the old friends. But Naidu is very clearly maintaining distane with Modi and launched an uncompromising war against him. This is causing great head-ache to BJP heads.

On the other hand, the Centre continues to create obstacles to AP's projects. AP state government officials have sent a fresh request to Union Irrigation Minister Nitin Gadkari to approve the escalated costs of Polavaram National Irrigation Projects. Already, AP state government has to spent over Rs 2400 Crore above the Centre's approved and is waiting for Centre's nod to further proceed. As the delay in approvals are further escalating the costs of Polavaram Project, AP officials are requesting Centre to fasten the approvals.
