Kanaka Durga Flyover to took more time for completion?

AP CM Chandrababu Naidu declared 70 percent of the work related to Kanaka Durga Flyover in Vijayawada has been completed so far. He directed R&B Department to request GOI to extend the deadline for the completion of the construction. 

During the review meeting, Chandrababu Naidu instructed officials to complete the construction activity of Kanaka Durga Flyover by Sankranthi next year. He even commented January 26th will be the next date if this deadline is being missed. CM asked officials to prepare an action plan every month based on the work progress. He told a review meeting would be conducted on every Monday.

Actually, Kanaka Durga Flyover was announced grandly by TDP Government in 2014 for addressing the traffic issues. Only 70 percent was completed so far and even CM seems to be unsure when it will be ready. General Elections are scheduled to happen within 9 months. If the construction of a single flyover lasts for 5 years, Imagine how long Andhrites have to wait for a World-class capital?
