Coins distributed in Tirupati

Andhra Bank, Tirupati Branch has conducted a coin distribution mela with the coordination of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) here on Friday. Andhra Bank’s Assistant General Manager (AGM) Bhaskar Reddy has inaugurated the coin mela in which Rs 5 lakh coins with denomination of Rs 1, Rs 2, and Rs 5 were distributed to local merchants and traders to cope with their coin requirement in the pilgrim city.


On this occasion bank customer and Tirupati Cloth Merchant’s Association president Pasuparthi Gopinath and secretary Vankayala Venugopala Naidu said that the coin mela being organised regularly by the Andhra Bank proving very helpful to the business community in the city and also from other places. Bank Officials Srimannarayana, N Subbaiah Sarma and others were present.
