The Chief Minister Mr. N Chandrababu Naidu expressed his agony on the comments made by YSRC MP Vijaysai Reddy about him. Mr Naidu said he was heartbroken that Vijaysai Reddy could comment on his deceased parents. While addressing the teleconference on Wednesday with Telugu Desam MPs, he said parents were like Gods to their children and questioned how far it was right to comment on them. On Tuesday YSRC MP Vijaya Sai Reddy said that no one born to one's parents could behave as Chandrababu Naidu did.
He has further alleged, “Chandrababu Naidu was a leader of criminals and was worse than Charles Sobhraj.” Reacting to these comments, the Chief Minister said, “The comments of Mr Vijaya Sai are examples of the pinnacle at which his depravity has reached. Criticising parents is the Indian culture?” Mr Naidu also criticized the PMO for sheltering such persons. Expressing his shock and distress at the YSRC leader's comments at the Assembly, Mr Naidu said 5 crore Andhra Pradesh public were observing every move of YSRC. Mr Naidu told the MPs that the Parliament will have a four-day holiday and every day was crucial for them now and it was more important to create awareness amongst the public on the injustice done to the State by the BJP.
