Organisers of Rooster fight arrested

Police on Sunday arrested seven cockfight punters and organisers at Godavarru village on the city outskirts. They seized three fowls, ?12,450 cash, four knives and 22 bikes, said Deputy Commissioner of Police Ghajarao Bhupal at a press conference .
In another raid conducted by the Krishna district police, they arrested six persons for organising cockfights and seized ?5,000 in cash from them.
