AP Govt overcomes Demonetization Woes

Amaravati : After the demonetization implementation process completed one year, the problems of financial transaction process have come to an end, though some remote villages and remote areas are facing till now. After demonetisation, the AP government had introduced the Aadhaar enabled public distribution system (AePDS) under which ration cards were linked to the bank accounts of ration card holders. According to the reports in AP over 70,000 crores have been deposited in all forms of banks after the demonetization drive was announced. In the crucial period from November, 2016 to May this year, over 75,000 crores have come to various banks in Andhra Pradesh from RBI. The AP State government has played a crucial role on cashless transaction.
