MLA Roja Sunspension Case: Roja says sorry over Assembly suspension

Amaravati : The SC heard the arguments over the suspension of YSR Party MLA Roja from the Andhra Pradesh Assembly. Roja advocate informed the Supreme Court that an apology letter was sent to the Assembly speaker Kodela Sivaprasadarao. The AP government advocate said that they did not receive an apology letter from MLA Roja. Roja lawyer handed over a copy of an apology letter to AP government advocate. The Supreme Court advised petitioner to fight the case in the High Court of Hyderabad as it was already pending there. She was suspended from the Assembly for one year for allegedly making adverse comments against the Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu.
