Kancha Ilaiah kept under House Arrest

Amaravati-Hyderabad: Kanche Ilaiah was kept under house arrest by the police in his residence in Tarnaka.Police are expected to arrest him if he is out of house arrest. Speaking on the occasion, Kancha Ilaiah criticized Telugu state governments for causing undemocratic actions. As per latest reports, he decides not to attend felicitation meeting in Vijayawada.
The Reservation porata samithi proposed to organise a rally and public meeting at the Gymkhana grounds extending support to Kancha Ilaiah and the Arya Vysya Sangham planned a meeting at the same grounds condemning the comments made by Mr. Kancha Ilaiah and the book 'Samajika Smagglarlu Komatollu’, wrote by him.
Vijayawada Police commissioner Gautam Sawang rejected applications for Arya Vysyas and Brahmins seeking permission for meeting and planned to impose Section 144 on October 28, as a preventive measure.
