6 Killed, 3 Injured In Road Accident in Andhra Pradesh

Kothapeta : six women were killed instantly in a ghastly road accident when a speeding lorry hit an auto from rear side at Modekur village in Kothapet mandal, East Godavari on Saturday morning.
Those killed were identified as Cheekatla Nagamani(46), Perabathula Ananthalaxmi(40), Pulimi Ananthalaxmi(40), P.Durga(60), P.Parvathi(48).
According to the sources, the speeding lorry lost control and hit the auto-rickshaw. While Five passengers was death on the spot, another passenger died at hospital. Apart from the dead persons, three other passengers were also critically injured. The Ravulapalem police are investigating the case.
