Amaravati, Feb 11 (IANS) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy on Tuesday congratulated Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for Aam Aadmi Party's resounding victory in Assembly elections.
