YCP wanted to repeat Athadu movie scene: Minister

AP Agriculture minister Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy said that the leaders of YSR Congress wanted to repeat a scene in Athadu movie as fake murder attack against the Opposition leader to get sympathy from public.

Speaking to media persons here on Saturday, he said that the people understood the nefarious plans of YSR Congress. He wondered as to how could the opposition flay  Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu for the attack. The YSR Congress leaders were practicing unethical practices in politics, he said and added that the people were watching every development. The BJP leaders colluded with the YSR Congress party, Somireddyalleged.

The Minister recalled that the BJP leaders demanded the President’s rule in the State immediately after the fake attack on YS Jagan. The people clearly understood the whole drama. The Opposition leader has criminal background and he was adopting similar kind of plans in politics also, he said.  He asked the YSR Congress leaders as to why the close relatives of former minister Botcha Satyanarayana carried a small knife. The minister said that the facts would come to light in a few days, he said. He hoped that no one would resort again to such silly dramas.
