HC directed govt to conduct Panchayat polls within 3 months

In a set back to AP state government, the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh has directed the AP government to conduct Panchayat elections within 3 months.The High Court has struck down the AP government's GO 90. With this, AP state government is bound to held the Panchayat polls. And this turned interesting as it will be a triangular fight between TDP, YCP and Janasena.
Earlier, the High Court had given similar ruling to Telangana where it had asked the Telangana government to conduct Panchayat polls in Telangana. Now, similar ruling has been given to AP as well.
