SBI to conduct Loan Mela on August 11,12

The State Bank of India will conduct property loan mela on August 11 and 12 at YSR Kalyana  Mandapam here, said SBI regional manager T Tejomayi Anand. Addressing a press conference here on Wednesday, he explained that home, vehicle and education loans will be granted at lowest interest rates.For home loans, interest rate is only 8.45 per cent. Subsidy on interest will be applicable on home loans from Rs 2.3 lakh to Rs 2.68 lakh under Pradhana Mantri Awas Yojana, he explained. No processing charges will be collected for granting loans.

About 25 noted builders and real estate companies will participate in the mela and famous automobile companies will also attend, said the regional manager. Education loans will be granted for studies in India and abroad, he elaborated.
