Rajya Sabha MP KVP Ramachandrarao Letter On Polavaram

Amaravati :  It is learned that Pawan Kalyan demanded that government should release a white paper on Polavaram Project. There is much political game unfolding over Polavaram in the state of Andhra Pradesh, with the approach of general elections. Rajya Sabha MP KVP Ramachandrarao wrote a letter alleging TDP Government hasn't been fighting for safeguard the interests of the state when Centre violated the AP Reorganisation Act 2014. He warned that People willn't tolerate if there is any secret deal between Centre and CM Nara Chandrababu Naidu over the budget of Polavaram Project.

KVP Ramachandrarao claimed he moved a petition in High Court seeking directions to centre to bear the complete cost of Polavaram in accordance with AP Reorganisation Act 2014. 'High Court asked Centre and State Government to file counter within four weeks. The next hearing is on December 19th. But still, AP Government hasn't filed its counter so far. Even Jana Sena Party demanded White Paper on Polavaram Project. Without the approval of Centre, Chandrababu Naidu increased the project cost as per his wish and created a big confusion,' he complained.
