158 red sanders Logs Seized in Seshachalam Forest

Chittoor : Red sanders logs were seized at seshachalam forest in the early hours of thursday, by Forest IG Kantharao. Forest sleuths were raided the spot, they found some persons loading the logs into a cargo carrier vehicle. On sighting the forest officials, smugglers dumped the logs and fled the spot. Officials said red sanders 158 logs were seized and their total value was two crore.
