Contractor attacks on Muncipal DE in Anantapur

Anantapur : Ruthless Municipal contractor Narasimha Reddy has attacked Muncipal Deputy Engineer(DE) Krishnappa at Raghuveera towers for keeping Rs 15 lakh bill pending. The contractor supplied waste cleaning machine to the Anantapur Municipal Corporation. The municipal authorities have sanctioned Rs 37 lakh two months ago. However, the Muncipal corporation officials have kept Rs 15 lakh payment in pending.
City Mayor M Swaroopa has lodged a complaint against the contractor in the police station. Several contractors came to onetowen police station given support to DE. Muncipal commissioner Murthy spoke to District SP over the issue.
