KVP files petition in HC on Polavaram

Hyderabad : Former MP and Congress Leader KVP Ramachandra Rao has filed a petition in the High Court contending that the centre has abdicated responsibility on the Polavaram project. He said the same thing in the Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act also. High Court ordered the central government for further response in polavaram project.
