Amaravati : Andhra Pradesh assembly Speaker Kodela Sivaprasada Rao expressed his anger over the police had closed the roads at karakatta towards assembly via Chief Minister's house.intervention of ministers and MLAs on the trumpet. The police asked for an explanation. Guntur rural SP Venkata Appalanidu came to the assembly and gave explanation to the speaker. Many MLAs complained to the Speaker that the Assembly had violated their rights to the assembly.
