Red Sanders Logs Seized at Chittoor

Chittoor : Thirty eight red sanders logs were seized at Chandragiri mandal,near Srivarimettu in the early hours of tuesday, by Forest sleuths. Forest sleuths were raided the spot, they found some persons loading the logs into a cargo carrier vehicle. On sighting the forest officials, smugglers dumped the logs and fled the spot.Officials said a total of thirty eight red sanders logs were seized and their total value was one crore.
