Chalo Assembly rally: Sivaji, Chalasani srinivas arrested

Amaravati : The Andhra Pradesh Police arrested AP Special Status Sadhana Samithi leaders Chalasani Srinivas and hero Shivaji in Vijayawada at midnight and shifted them to Hyderabad. They came to Vijayawada to participate in Chalo Assembly rally, demanding Special Category Status to AP. Shivaji came down heavily on Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu for not allowing to express protest peacefully. He said that there is no development in AP under the Chandrababu rule. He alleged that the Chief Minister is deceiving people on AP development. It is known that left parties calls for Chalo Assembly program to fulfill the promises given during the partition including AP special status. The unions have stated that the center not fullfill the promises for three years.
