South Korea to set up Consulate Office in Guntur

Amaravati-Guntur : South Korea Consul General Hyung Tae Kim said that south korea will set up a consulate office in Guntur district,Andhra Pradesh. South Korea business people have expressed their desire to put their investments in the state in various sectors. Consul General of the Republic of Korea in South India, Hyung Tae Kim addressing the media at Vignan's university in vadlamadu said that they have been aiming to promote and boost the economy, cultural and educational co-operation in Korea and Andhra Pradesh. They said that they will set up a Consulate Centre in Guntur soon.
Vignan Educational Institutions chairman Lavu Rattiah said that over 1,500 skilled Vignan students were ready to work in Kia Motors and added that they would impart technical training to the students also. Vignan’s University Vice-Chancellor MYS Prasad said that the university entered over six MoUs with various universities in the South Korea.
