New DTP policy for IT Sector in AP

Vijayawada:'Designated Technology Park (DTP) policy 2017-2020' has launched by Andhra Pradesh Government to boost the IT sector.AP is taking several actions to boost IT companies after the state bifurcation.AP Government brought Cyber Security Policy, Global In-house Policy, IT Policy, Innovation and Startup Policy for the development of IT in the Andhra Pradesh'.The policy aims to roll out incentives on providing office spaces for IT companies and give rental guarantee for real-estate developers for building the office spaces, said Chandrababu.
Chandrababu Naidu said that the government has been able to reduce the approval time for office spaces for companies from one year to fifty days, and would further reduce it to 21 days. 'The state government wants to create one lakh jobs in IT industry by 2019'
