Inspect, report at Vamsadhara project area: High Court

Srikakulam: Hyderabad High Court for the state of Telangana and AP on Tuesday ordered Srikakulam district judge" to appoint a senior civil judge for inspection of standing crops in Vamsadhara project" area.
File a report on it filed by the vice president of human rights forum KV Jagannadha Rao.
HRF vice president and CPM district secretary B Krishna Murthy addressing a press conference on Wednesday said that with the pressure of the state-government; revenue and police officials tried to evict displaced people of Padali, Duggupuram, Tulagam, Chinnakollivalasa and Garlapadu villages in Hiramandalam mandalam, focibly and damaged crops.
The HC directed the district judge of Srikakulam to appoint a senior civil judge for inspection of standing crops in the above five villages along with petitioner on September 16 and report on it by September 18 and postpone the final hearing date to September 19.
