PVP joins YSRCP, and ready to contest from Vijayawada LS seat

Ahead of the elections in AP, the leaders joining into YSR Congress party is going on in full swing. Apart from the political leaders, prominent businessmen and celebrates are in the queue to join the party. Now, it's the turn of the prominent industrialist Potluri Vara Prasad (PVP), joins YSR Congress party in the presence of YSR Congress chief YS Jagan. He met YS Jagan Mohan Reddy at his Lotus Pond residence in Hyderabad on Wednesday.

With Vara Prasad's joining..it's said that he will be contesting as Vijayawada MP candidate and on 23 March he'll filing nomination. Earlier, the party has decided to bring Vijay Electricals CMD Dasari Jai Ramesh for Vijayawada MP seat, As he was not interested, so PVP name has come on the scene. In 2014 elections, Potluri Vara Prasad has tried for Vijayawada MP ticket from TDP, by that time Chandrababu Naidu has already confirmed the ticket to Kesineni Nani. With this PVP has withdrawn from the MP race.
