A gang stabbed Srisailam Temple PRO in the stomach

A three-member gang stabbed Srisailam Temple PRO Srinivasa Rao in the stomach with knives on Monday night when he was coming out of his residence. Locals, who have seen PRO being stabbed, came to his rescue and caught hold of a member of the gang. The PRO shifted to a private hospital in Guntur after providing treatment in temple hospital. According to police, one Nagesh, a resident of Srisailam, grew grudge against Srinivasa Rao for not allocating a shop in a commercial complex built by Srisailam Temple. The health of Rao stated to be critical.
