Amaravati projects brings new hope for youth

Amaravati :As the construction activities of Amaravati gaining momentum, the unemployed youth are with hope that job opportunities would come. Indeed, 30,000 jobs would be created in the Amaravati region.


As per the projections, opportunities will come, hotel industry, tourism and different fields. As per the preliminary estimations, nearly 20,000 people would get jobs in hotel industry and tourism sector. Similarly, 10,000 nurse posts would come from medical universities and college. Human resources experts suggest that the government to gear up to skill the youth to make them ready for opportunities.


CRDA decided to complete tender process for two five-star hotels, two three-star hotels and two convention centres in capital.


BR Shetty group laid foundation stone for Medi City, including two five-star hotels and 1000-bed hospital, one research centre in the location recently.


T Chandrasekhar, principal of a private hotel management college, said that every star hotel needs a 1000-member staff. All the pipeline projects, including tourism ventures would create 20,000 jobs. 


T Arjuna Rao, president, AP Private Nursing Colleges’ Association, said he requested the state government to take steps to provide better salaries by private institutions starting from Rs 20,000 per month.
