8 year old boy who is in the race felt unconcious and dead, The incident took place in Gudur Kurnool District.
There is no use even after rushing to hospital by teachers,declared dead by doctors.
"Sport events are going on, as the occation of Independence day",teachers said.
Parents reached the hospital and said that their son has no health problem.
