Rupees 1.74 crore loan waiver for farmers

Nellore: Agriculture Minister SomireddyChandramohan Reddy said 630 farmers in Isukapalem in Venkatachalam mandal were benefited with Rs. 1.74 cr under loan waiver. He was addressing at a public meeting in the village on Sunday and said even though state government was facing financial crunch it has been addressing difficulties of the poor farmers across the state.

He said, still, the chief minister has been implementing welfare programmes for the benefit of the people. He said they had taken up Neeru-Chettu, roads and many others in Sarvepalli constituency. He formally laid foundation for BT road in Joseph Nagar and for CC Roads and housing programme in Isukapalem on Sunday. Further, he visited Primary Health Centre at Isukapalem. Officials and local party leaders were present.
