Police arrested visweshwar Reddy, Ysr Congress party MLA, who was protesting in Anthappuram by demanding immediate start of the irrigation scheme. Earlier this morning MLC Gopal Reddy and his followers in a large scale has invaded Anantapur RWS office and took up the agitation. MLA confessed that these protests will continue until the government promise this scheme. The police were trying to stop their anxiety, but it was a matter of time. Police failed to control the mob.
