Almost 6 tons Laddu to start journey to Hyderabad

Suruchi Foods of Tapeswaram is preparing a 580-kg laddu for Lord Vinayaka of Film Nagar, Hyderabad, in connection with Vinayaka Chaviti. Suruchi has been sending laddu to Film Nagar Vinayaka for the last several years. 

Suruchi Foods owner Polisetti Malli Babu said that the laddu would be shifted to Film Nagar after completion of decoration at 12 noon on Wednesday. The laddu will be offered to Lord Vianayaka on September 13.The ingredients that are going into the preparation of the mega laddu include 220 kg sugar, 145 kg cow ghee, 175 kg besan (Bengal gram flour), 25 kg of cashew, 13kg almond, 3kg cardamom and one kg of camphor, he said adding that the prasadam was being prepared with utmost care and devotion.
