Former CM's grandson joins TJS

Surprising all, former Chief Minister of undivided AP Marri Channa Reddy's grandson and senior Congress leader M Shashidhar Reddy's son Aditya Reddy joined Telangana Jana Samithi party headed by Professor M Kodandaram.Aditya Reddy was active in youth Congress for a brief time. However he is not happy with Congress leadership as the party did not give him due recognition he anticipated in the recent times. Aditya will lead the youth wing of the Kodandaram's party. 

He will also fight election from Secunderabad Assembly Constituency. Meanwhile, Aditya's father Shashidhar Reddy shocked after coming to know the political developments taken place in his own family. Channa Reddy was the first generation leaders fought for Telangana. He floated Telangana Praja Samithi and won majority seats in early 1970s elections. However, he merged his party with Congress after he was offered CM post.
