entral Bureau of Investigation (CBI) charged YS Jaganmohan Reddy with quid-pro-quo and named him as Accused No.1 in all the charge sheets. However, Doubts have been raised over the possibility of YCP Chief getting convicted by many thinking-brains.Undavalli Arun Kumar who is also a lawyer rules out any possibility of proving the charges against YS Jagan. 'CBI don't have any concrete evidence to prove that Jagan received investments from firms only by making YSR Government extend undue favours to them. These companies obtained land and other allowances just alike any other firm according to the Government Policy which existed during that phase. So far, Not even a single case of quid pro quo was proved in any of the Indian courts. Which means proving the allegations against Jagan is impossible to say the least,' he explained.

The Former MP claimed he have affection on Jagan who is the son of his dear friend YS Rajasekhar Reddy. He declares YCP Supremo can be the next CM of AP for sure with good planning.
