Chandrababu said 30 schemes with his family name

Chandrababu Naidu named around 30 welfare and development schemes after individuals belonging to his own family in the 3rd Term of Chief Minister. The list include NTR Vaidya Seva, NTR Pension Scheme, NTR Aasayam, NTR Sujala Sravanthi, NTR Gruha Nirmanam, NTR Jalasiri, NTR Vaidya Pareeksha, NTR Videsi Vidyadarana, NTR Vidyonnati, Anna Canteen, Anna Amrutahastam, Anna Abhaya Hastam, Anna Sanjeevini and Anna Devena. Names of these Schemes are an attempt to capitalize on the image of TDP Founder NT Rama Rao.

Chief Minister has gone to the extent of naming schemes such as Chandranna Bhima, Chandranna Baata and Chandranna Videsi Vidya Devena after himself.

Social Activists Sandeep Pandey and Ramakrishnam Raju complained AP Chief Minister has clearly violated the Supreme Court guidelines. They pointed out that even Centre doesn't name any of the welfare schemes after Narendra Modi or other BJP Leaders but uses just PM as the prefix for some of them. The Activists questioned how can individuals in highest position misuse tax payers money to promote themselves. They demanded for removal of prefixes such as NTR, Anna and Chandranna in the schemes implemented by TDP Government.
