CM started AP Cooperative Central Bank mobile ATMs

AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu launched as many as 12 mobile ATM vans of Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Central Bank (Apcob) at Velagapudi here on Monday. He flagged of the vehicles along with the bank higher officials. The ATMs would work in the districts.He hoped that the mobile ATMs would be useful to the public. Especially the mobile ATMs should solve currency shortage by identifying the requirement area-wise, he said.  


APCOB chairman Pinnamaneni Venkateswara Rao said that the bank would provide all services on par with the commercial banks with the help of technology. He said that the bank introduced electronic payments through various services. The mobile ATMs would work by using global positioning system technology.Minister for Energy Kimidi Kala Venkata Rao, Warehousing Corporation chairman LVSRK Prasad and several officials of the bank were also present.
