MP JC Diwakar Reddy has threatened to resign for the TDP if his demands were not met by July 25. He demanded that the TD government should release funds for the construction of a flyover in Anantapur and for some other development works.
The MP created a sensation by announcing that he will not participate in the no-confidence motion moved by the TDP along with other opposition parties in the Lok Sabha. Diwakar Reddy was reportedly unhappy over not giving importance to TDP MPs by ruling government.
