Pawan Kalyan studio at Narsapuram

Actor turned politican Pawan Kalyan  is gearing up for some Mega steps according to the latest grapevine.Land prices were boosted up suddenly after announcing the new capital of Andhra Pradesh.Real estate market observed huge hike in prices and many of our Tollywood celebs planning for new ventures in the residuary state

As per the latest insider reports Pawan is planning to build a Mega studio in Godavari district near to Narsapuram. He is even considering the land that  located between Narsapuram and Padipalem  for the studio construction. This land was always touted to be the site for a studio but with Pawan’s name coming into the picture the speculation is just gaining strength.

Pawan reportedly discussed this matter about AP chief minister chandrababu and the latter also approved the same.Apart from constructing studio Pawan is planning to adopt some villages and wants to work for their development.

Pawan would be looking after the permits clearances and other essential establishment formalities according to the source.
