AP ranked as top in Ease of Doing Business

On getting first rank by the AP in Ease of Doing Business in the country, Nara Lokesh, Minister for IT and Panchayat Raj, “AP is No. 1 in Ease of Doing Business. Reason why some of the best companies in the world are looking here to invest!!”, the Minister tweeted. He further said: “We have done it again”.

In his reaction, Minister for Industries N Amarnath Reddy said that it was a recognition to the efforts put by the State government from last four years.

He said that Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu put the Ease of Doing Business Ranks as benchmark to attract the global investors and was working according to these norms. The CM introduced similar rankings at district level ranks in the state, in order to increase competition among districts. That helped the State to get first rank at national level, he explained.
