Court Asks PK To Come or Send His Lawyer!

It is known that ABN Andhrajyothi moved a defamation suit against Pawan Kalyan for allegedly tarnishing its image during the casting couch episode. And now, Notices were issued to Powerstar in connection with this case.

Hyderabad City Civil Court 3rd Additional Chief Judge asked Pawan Kalyan to appear in the court on July 24th or send his lawyer on his behalf. 

During the casting couch episode, Sri Reddy abused Pawan Kalyan in the presence of media for the sake of cheap publicity. Jana Sena Chief waged a war against media houses (ABN, TV9, TV5) which gave too much importance to the bad propaganda and made some hard-hitting comments from April 20th to 23rd. He even shared an unedited video of Sri Reddy's abuses on his Twitter handle and held the channels responsible. Whereas, The channels clarified they had muted while telecasting it. 

ABN MD Radhakrishna sent notices demanding deletion of tweets and apology from Pawan Kalyan. As the Actor-turned-Politician hardly bothered about notice, He went a step ahead and filed defamation case for Rs 10 crore.
