BJP will not grant anything to AP if Chandrababu asks: Somu Veerraju

In these four years since it formed the government at the centre, the BJP has hardly done anything significant to Andhra Pradesh. BJP has betrayed Andhra people over several election promises, including the special category status, railway zone in Vizag and the Kadapa steel plant.Ever since TDP came out of the alliance with the BJP, AP CM Nara Chandrababu Naidu'm has been vehemently targeting prime minister Narendra Modi over his cold eye towards Andhra Pradesh. Several TDP leaders have been alleging that Modi is jealous of Chandrababu and that the PM is not granting any goodies to AP out of insecurities due to Chandrababu.

Adding strength to these allegations, AP BJP leader Somu Veerraju said that the BJP will not grant anything to Andhra Pradesh if Chandrababu asks for them. "If Babu asks, we won't give steel plant or railway zone. Let him first revive the factories that have been shut," said Veerraju.
