Jagan's Praja Sankalpa Yatra @200 Days

YCP president YS Jaganmohan Reddy has been touring Andhra Pradesh in the name of Praja Sankalpa Yatra since the past 200 days. What did he observe during his marathon walk? - 'I had a new experience everyday and learnt a lot from them. May be, The people whom I meet might change daily but their plight is one and the same. Farmers have been suffering due to lack of MSP. Unemployment has increased rapidly. There is economic crisis in AP. We don't see democracy in Villages as TDP Leaders in Janmabhoomi Committees hijacked the power. Only those recommended by TDP Leaders could obtain pensions and ration cards. Corruption can been seen everywhere. TDP Benamis are behind Sand Mafia and even District Collectors are acting as partners. Irregularities can be seen in Coal Transport, Procuring Electricity and Liquor Business. Even lands and temples weren't spared by this Government'.

YCP President opined people of AP have been facing many issues because of the blunders committed by CM Chandrababu Naidu. 'For Rs 87,612 crore of Farm Loan, TDP Government waived just Rs 3,000 crore per year on an average in the past four years. Neither employment opportunities were created nor unemployment allowance was offered. Had if Special Status was obtained, Zero Income Tax and GST exemption for Industries would have been very beneficial,' alleges the Opposition Leader.

Jagan asserted that Special Category Status will be key issue during the next elections. He claimed YSR Congress fought for Special Status without taking any u-turn like TDP-led Chandrababu Naidu.
