First Bar Council polls in AP after bifurcation

For the first time after the formation of Andhra Pradesh, election is being conducted on Tuesday for the AP Bar Council to elect 25 members. As many as 107 advocates are in the fray for 25 member posts. More than 27,600 advocates are going to elect these members. There is a fierce fight among the contestants who want secure the coveted membership in the Council
