Y.S.Gagan relieved in the court of CBI.

Hyderabad:  In case of bail termination YCP President Sri Y.S.JaganMohan Reddy has relieved. The court has cancelled the petition filed by CBI to cancel the Jagan bail on friday.  CBI petitioned in the court Jagan violated the conditions in the case of illegal asset, so CBI asked to refuse the bail. Jagan intentionally intimating witnesses, the CBI has also alleged that the court is also investigating the proceedings and also affecting the trail of court. CBI said the interview of former minister Ramakanth Reddy which is given to sakshi news is the proof for this.

But Jagan’s lawyer refused the CBI allegations. With sakshi management, and ramakanth reddy interviews are not effecting the inquiry of the court mentioned Jagan’s lawyer. Strategically CBI is trying to refuse the Jagan’s bail.

Permission to Newzealand tour.

The court has given permission to Y.S.Jagan in between May 15 and June 15 for 15 days to go Newzealand tour.  Due to summer vacations dispatching with his family to Newzealanad said Mr.Jagan.
