Shobanapuram srinivas Rao Died For SCS

One Srinivas Rao, a worker from Shobanapuram of Arigepalli mandal in Krishna district, commited suicide by consuming pesticides, demanding special status for Andhra Pradesh (AP). Srinivas Rao consumed pesticide in front of Arigepalli Tehsildar office last Sunday.
He died today while undergoing treatment at Vijayawada hospital. The grief-stricken family members of Srinivas Rao and the residents of the locality from where he comes, said that he had always spoken about Special Category Status (SCS) for AP and took the extreme step.
