Another Minor Rape In Chitoor Disrtict

Brutal rape of a minor by five men, came to light at Bhagatsingh Nagar of Ponganur in Chittoor. The incident had been going on for the few days, when the victim's relatives came to know of it and lodged a complaint with the police, last night.
As the police did not respond immediately, the residents brutally thrashed the culprits. Police then arrived on the scene and admitted two of the injured, whose condition was serious, to the hospital. They took two others into custody, while one escaped.
