BJP Chief Ministerial candidate BS Yeddyurappa has exercised his franchise in Shimoga. Earlier, he offered prayers at Anjaneya Swamy temple. Speaking to the media after casting vote, Yeddyurappa said he will win with a margin of 50,000 votes against his rival and exuded confidence of BJP winning 144 Assembly seats.
The BJP leader stated that he will take oath as the Chief Minister on May 17 and invite Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP national president Amit Shah for oath taking ceremony.
