Supreme Court Judge wrote a letter to the Chief Justice of India

The Supreme Court Judge Justice Jasti Chelameswar wrote a letter to the Chief Justice of India, Dipak Misra to recommend the name of Uttarakhand Chief Justice Joseph to the Apex Court in the collegial meeting to be held on Friday.
In the letter, Chelameswar has stated that collegium took a decision taking all facts into consideration while recommending the name of Justice Joseph. He said that there is no need to reconsider the decision, as asked by the Central government, on recommending the name of other Justice to Apex Court in the place of Joseph.
