YCP MLA Roja responded over forced s_xual assault on a 9-year-old child in Dachepalli by a 50-year-old man. She called it as a failure of police system as well as AP govt in providing security to girls and protecting their freedom.
She said police are engaged as personal bouncers to the leaders forgetting their duty of protecting people. She questioned as to why courts and HRC are not interfering into such cases immediately to serve justice. She condemned TDP leaders attack on the protesting people including YCP MP Revathi. Roja claimed TDP's support in the entire episode.
