Chandrababu became serious over the rape of a minor, 9-year-old girl, at Dachepalli in Guntur district. He directed the police to act quickly and arrest the culprit, who is said to be a 50-year-old man.
He assured the victim's family of all support. Meanwhile, the relatives of the victim went on a rampage last night, at Dachepalli. They came on the roads and staged rast roko, demanding the immediate arrest of the culprit. Traffic came to a standstill on Addanki-Narketpalli route because of this.
