Shankar Rao said that he wanted Jagan to listen to High Command

Dr. P. Shankar Rao, ex-minister from Congress Party in Secunderabad Cantonment had filed a case in the High Court (HC) against Jagan Mohan Reddy, for being in possession of illegal and disproportionate assets.
The HC had issued show cause notices to all the concerned parties based on reports submitted by Shanker Rao and several others. Giving the reasons for fixing Jagan, Shankar Rao said that he wanted Jagan to listen to High Command and follow its directions, which he did not do.
